By using our website and purchasing from Drops of Jupiter, you agree to our terms, including pricing, policies, and conditions outlined on this page.

We reserve the right to update pricing, policies, and product availability at any time without notice.

LIVE Sales

New Customers

New customers are required to place a $50 deposit before participating in live sale claims. The deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

Existing Customers

To place a valid claim during a live sale, you must comment the item code and the listed price.

  • The first customer to correctly comment the code and price will receive the claim.
  • Claim order may appear differently on each viewer’s screen. While your comment may appear first on your own screen, the host’s screen is the final authority, and claims will be announced accordingly.
  • If you request to see a product, you will be given first opportunity to claim. If you do not claim or choose to pass, the item will be opened to all viewers.
  • Once an item is claimed, it may not be returned, swapped, or released during or after the live sale.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their own claims. We are unable to calculate total claim value or item counts until invoices are issued.
  • Please claim responsibly.
Live Sale Claims

Items purchased during live sales are final sale.

Please note:

  • Claims are binding once confirmed during the live sale
  • Invoices must be paid within the stated time frame
  • Unpaid invoices may result in claim forfeiture or account restrictions

Live sales move quickly, and all descriptions are given in real time. Natural variations, inclusions, and imperfections are part of genuine crystals and minerals.

Swaps are permitted under the following conditions only:

  • One (1) swap per customer is allowed
  • Swaps may be requested only at the end of the live sale
  • Swaps are permitted only if the replacement item is of higher value than the original claimed item

Downgrades, multiple swaps, or swap requests made during the live sale will not be accepted.

Products

Product Disclaimer

All crystals, minerals, fossils, and carvings are natural materials. Variations in color, texture, shape, and inclusions are normal and expected.

Metaphysical properties are offered for educational and spiritual interest only and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Open Baskets

Drops of Jupiter offers an Open Basket option to allow customers to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment.

  • Open Box is available for all paid invoices for an additional two (2) calendar weeks from the date of the first order.
  • A flat-rate shipping fee will be added to your first invoice.
  • After the third week, any remaining items in your Open Box will be automatically shipped.
  • If you wish to extend or continue an Open Basket, you must send us a direct message after your first invoice. If we do not receive confirmation, your order will be shipped automatically.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their Open Basket status and timelines.

This policy helps ensure timely shipping while allowing flexibility for customers who wish to consolidate orders.

Abandoned Baskets

An invoice or Open Basket may be considered abandoned under any of the following circumstances:

  • An invoice remains unpaid for more than two (2) months
  • The customer does not adhere to an agreed-upon payment plan
  • The customer fails to respond after repeated payment requests and communication attempts

In these cases, Drops of Jupiter reserves the right to deem the basket and all associated items abandoned.

Once a basket is considered abandoned:

  • All items will be relisted for sale
  • Any payments made toward the abandoned basket will be forfeited
  • No refunds or store credit will be issued

This policy ensures fairness and availability of inventory for all customers.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout at the time of purchase.

  • All discount codes are one-time use only.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed.
  • Discount codes are not stackable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.

    For example, a 15% OFF code cannot be combined with a 10% OFF code.

Please ensure your code is entered and applied correctly before completing checkout.

Care & Handling

Crystals and minerals may be fragile and in some cases toxic. Drops of Jupiter is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, exposure to water, chemicals, heat, or impact after delivery.

We recommend handling items with care and storing them safely away from high-traffic areas, pets, and children.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of crystals, minerals, and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are considered final except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

  • An incorrect item was sent
  • A paid item was omitted from the shipment

In these cases:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos and order details are required for review

Approved cases will be resolved with store credit only. Cash refunds are not offered.

Damaged items are not covered by our returns & exchanges policy. Please refer to the 'Damaged Items & Shipping Responsibility' section below.

Cancellations

All sales at Drops of Jupiter are final.

Once an order is placed, a live sale claim is confirmed, or an invoice is issued, no cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to:

  • Website purchases
  • Live sale claims
  • Open basket orders
  • Orders placed by Direct Message on social media
  • Partially paid or fully paid invoices

Please ensure all purchases and claims are made thoughtfully before confirming. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to operate live sales and order fulfillment fairly and efficiently for all customers.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales events, live sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Locations

We ship within Canada and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

NOTE: We do not ship to 'PO BOX' addresses

Open Basket Shipping

For customers using the open basket option, items are held and accumulated over time.

  • Items will ship only once all orders are fully paid. this includes items they have claimed from Live Sales.
  • Customers will be charged for shipping at a later time when their cumulative items are ready to be shipped. We will contact you to formalize shipping details.
  • Once shipped, the order is subject to the same shipping and handling terms outlined in this policy
Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only. Packages may experience delays due to weather conditions, seasonal volume, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Drops of Jupiter is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping provider. However, we will gladly assist customers in initiating claims or tracking inquiries with the carrier whenever possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions.

Damaged Items & Shipping Responsibility

Drops of Jupiter does NOT accept returns or exchanges for items damaged during shipping.

Customers are strongly encouraged to select 'insured shipping', particularly for high-value orders. If standard (uninsured) shipping is selected, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility.

Any items damaged in transit must be claimed directly with the courier service. Drops of Jupiter is unable to replace, refund, or exchange items damaged during shipping.

Ambassador Program

Program Overview

The Drops of Jupiter Brand Ambassador Program is a community-based referral program designed to reward individuals who introduce new customers to Drops of Jupiter through genuine, word-of-mouth sharing.

Participation in the program is by application and approval only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and Drops of Jupiter reserves the right to approve or decline applicants at its discretion.

Brand Ambassadors are independent participants and are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Drops of Jupiter. Participation in the program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency of any kind.

To participate, ambassadors must be at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all program rules and policies as outlined on this page. Continued participation in the program is contingent upon ongoing alignment with these policies.

Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked exclusively through each ambassador’s unique referral code. In order for a referral to be eligible, the code must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase.

Only new customers qualify as eligible referrals. A new customer is defined as someone who has not previously placed an order with Drops of Jupiter. Orders placed by existing customers, even if a referral code is used, do not count toward ambassador rewards.

Self-referrals are not permitted. Ambassadors may not use their own referral code for personal purchases, nor may they create additional accounts or place orders on behalf of others in order to generate referrals.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or deemed invalid for any reason, it will not be counted as an eligible referral. Drops of Jupiter reserves the right to review and validate referrals to ensure they meet program requirements.

Referral codes may not be shared on public coupon or discount aggregation websites. Codes are intended for personal sharing and community-based referrals only. Any misuse of referral codes may result in removal from the program.

Rewards & Tier Structure

Ambassadors earn rewards based on the number of eligible new customers they introduce to Drops of Jupiter using their unique referral code. As referrals increase, ambassadors may move through different tiers within the program, unlocking additional rewards and perks.

Rewards may include store credit, crystal or mineral pieces, early access to new drops, exclusive opportunities, or other ambassador-only benefits. The type and value of rewards may vary depending on tier level, availability, and seasonality.

Tier placement is determined by the number of qualifying referrals tracked through each ambassador’s code. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged outside of the program.

Drops of Jupiter reserves the right to update reward offerings, tier structures, or eligibility requirements as the program evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page and applied moving forward.

Star Seed Tiers

Welcome Rewards
1 to 5 new customers

The Star Seed tier marks the beginning of an ambassador’s journey. Ambassadors enter this tier once they have successfully referred their first new customer to Drops of Jupiter.

At this level, ambassadors may receive welcome rewards such as store credit, personal-use discounts, or small crystal or mineral gifts. As additional referrals are made within the Star Seed tier, ambassadors may receive more than one welcome reward, depending on current program offerings.

Cosmic Builder Tiers

Growing Rewards
6 to 15 new customers

Cosmic Builders are ambassadors who consistently introduce new customers to Drops of Jupiter and show steady engagement.

Rewards at this tier may include increased store credit, higher-value crystal rewards, early access to select drops, or other growing perks. Rewards may be issued incrementally as referral milestones are reached within this range.

Celestial Insider Tiers

Premium Perks
16 to 30 new customers

Celestial Insiders represent a deeper level of participation within the program. Ambassadors at this tier have demonstrated a strong and sustained contribution to community growth.

Premium perks may include curated crystal pieces, priority access to launches, exclusive previews, or invitations to ambassador-only opportunities. Rewards at this tier are more limited and may vary based on availability.

Jupiter Elite Tiers

Elite Rewards
31 or more new customers

Jupiter Elite is the highest tier within the Brand Ambassador Program. Ambassadors at this level consistently bring new customers to Drops of Jupiter and reflect long-term alignment with the brand.

Elite rewards may include significant store credit, premium or rare crystal pieces, recurring rewards, special recognition, or participation in exclusive projects or collaborations. Rewards at this tier are limited and may change over time.

Reward Timing & Issuance

Ambassador rewards are issued on a regular basis based on eligible referrals tracked through each ambassador’s unique referral code. Referral activity is reviewed before rewards are issued to ensure all program requirements have been met.

Rewards are typically issued on a monthly basis, though timing may vary depending on referral volume, order processing, and verification. Drops of Jupiter may adjust issuance timing during high-volume periods, special promotions, or program updates.

Rewards may be delivered in a variety of ways, including store credit applied to an account, discount codes, physical crystal or mineral items included with an order, or other methods communicated at the time of issuance. Ambassadors will be notified when rewards are issued or made available.

Unclaimed or unused rewards may expire if not redeemed within the timeframe specified at issuance. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative compensation.

Ambassador Responsibilities & Conduct

Brand Ambassadors are expected to represent Drops of Jupiter in a respectful, honest, and authentic manner. Sharing should be based on personal experience and genuine appreciation for the brand.

Ambassadors must clearly disclose their participation in the Brand Ambassador Program when sharing referral codes or promoting Drops of Jupiter, in accordance with applicable platform guidelines and advertising standards.

Ambassadors may share Drops of Jupiter in their own voice and style, provided that content remains accurate and aligned with the values of the brand. Misrepresentation of products, pricing, availability, or brand messaging is not permitted.

Health, medical, or therapeutic claims about crystals or products may not be made. Ambassadors should avoid statements that could be interpreted as guarantees or professional advice.

Respectful communication is expected at all times. Harassment, misleading behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts the Drops of Jupiter community may result in removal from the program.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the Brand Ambassador Program, certain activities are not permitted.

Ambassadors may not misuse or manipulate referral codes in any way. This includes using a referral code for personal purchases, creating multiple accounts, placing orders on behalf of others to generate referrals, or attempting to artificially inflate referral counts.

Referral codes may not be shared on public coupon, discount, or deal aggregation websites. Codes are intended for personal sharing within an ambassador’s community and should not be distributed in a way that undermines the program.

Ambassadors may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or dishonest practices when promoting Drops of Jupiter. This includes false claims, inaccurate representations of rewards, or suggesting guarantees that do not exist.

Paid advertising using referral codes is not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by Drops of Jupiter. This includes but is not limited to paid social ads, sponsored posts, or search advertising.

Any activity that violates these policies or compromises the fairness of the program may result in removal from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeiture of unissued rewards.

Program Changes & Termination

Drops of Jupiter reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. Changes may include adjustments to tier thresholds, reward offerings, referral requirements, or program structure. Any updates will be reflected on this page and applied going forward.

Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is voluntary and may be ended by either the ambassador or Drops of Jupiter at any time. Drops of Jupiter may remove an ambassador from the program if program policies are violated, if referral activity is deemed invalid, or if participation no longer aligns with the values or goals of the brand.

In the event of removal or program termination, unissued or pending rewards may be forfeited. Issued rewards that have already been delivered will remain valid, subject to any stated expiration terms.

Drops of Jupiter is not responsible for losses, missed rewards, or expectations resulting from changes to or termination of the program.
