Return Policy Website Sales : Contact us to initiate a return for website purchases for up to 30 days from the date of being received. All items being returned must come back in the same packaging. We don't accept open strands or used items. Return Shipping labels are to be paid for by the customer.


Live Sale Return Policy : Items are FINAL SALE. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Gemstones and minerals on live sales are sold as is and any natural shedding, inclusions or surface cracks are to be expected as the items are one of a kind and formed naturally.


Weekly IG Live Sales Schedule:

Central Standard Time

  • Wednesdays – 4.30pm – 6.30pm 
  • Fridays – 8pm – 11pm  
  • Saturdays – 7pm - 11pm 
  • Sundays  – 4pm – 6pm 

Live Sale Claiming Policy: 

  • Claims will only be accepted by commenting the code and price
  • The first person who claims with the code & price gets the claim 
  • Claims will vary in order on every ones screen, you will always come up first on your screen but not on the hosts screen. What the hosts screen shows is final and the claim will be announced 
  • If you ask to see a product you will be given first preference to claim but if you don’t respond to claim or pass, the product will be open for anyone to claim
  • Once a product is claimed we kindly ask you to not put it back or swap during or after the live 
  • Please keep track of your claims, we will not be able to calculate the value of your claims or the number of pieces you have claimed  until we invoice 
  • Please claim responsibly 

Live Sale Claiming- New Customers :

  • Please DM us the following details immediately after your first claim

  • Shipping Address (we do not ship to PO Box Addresses)

  • Email address   ( Invoices & tracking numbers will be sent to this email address) 

 Invoicing – IG Live Sales 

  • All IG Live Sales are compiled from Wednesdays through Sundays Live Sale Claims each week, pay per claim 
  • Invoices are sent on Mondays & Tuesdays weekly  via email through  our Zoho invoicing system 
  • Payment is required within 24 hours after receiving our invoice 
  • A video or photo of your claims will be sent to your DM after the invoice is sent 
  • Please DM us if you do not receive your invoice 


Open Box Policy: 

  • We offer “OPEN BOX” for all paid invoices for an additional 2 calendar weeks from first order
  • Flat rate shipping will be added to your 1st invoice 
  • After the 3rd week we will automatically ship your order 
  • If you want to keep an open box, please DM us after your first invoice or we will automatically ship 
  • Please keep track of your open box

Shipping Policy Live Sales  : 

  • Flat rate shipping Canada $17 – additional charges for remote areas 
  • Flat rate shipping USA $25 – additional charges for remote areas 
  • We will absorb any shipping charges above these rates 
  • Shipping charges will be added to your first invoice 
  • We allow open box for 2 more weeks from first week of purchase with no additional charges, thereafter your box close & we automatically ship
  • Tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provide via Clickship 
  • Please check your spam if you can’t find the email with tracking details
  • We do no ship to PO BOX addresses
  • Please allow 4-5 business days for shipping from date of payment (Mondays-Fridays excluding holidays)


    Courier Policy: Once an order has been shipped with Clickship,  it is up to the courier company to deliver the item. Any delays or lost items that occur after the courier takes over are the responsibility of the courier company. Please understand that our packages are only insured for up to $100 CAD any additional insurance  is payable by the buyer if requested. Contact us if you have experience with an issue and we can take the necessary steps to contact the courier company to launch an investigation.


    Discount Codes: Discounts and other applicable codes must be used during checkout only. ALL Codes are 1 time use only. Codes that otherwise have not been redeemed at the time of purchase cannot be added after the fact. Discount codes are not stackable (ex.  a discount code of 15% OFF cannot be combined with another 10% OFF code for 25% OFF). 


    Clearance & Promotions: All clearance items are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance items


    Damages: Any items that are damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 48 hour of receiving your package. Damages will be handled on a case by case basis. We require detailed photos of the damaged items in order to assess the damage.
