Instead of choosing every individual crystal yourself, you choose your box and give us a little guidance about the colours, styles, shapes, and materials you love. From there, your Crystal Curator takes over.

We hand-select your pieces based on your preferences, your selected box value, availability, and what we believe will create the most exciting collection for you.

A few things to know before you begin:

• Preferences are guidance, not guarantees.
  
• Keep your requests broad and flexible.
  
• You can tell us what you love and what you would prefer not to receive.
  
• Specific crystals, minerals, colours, shapes, sizes, origins, quantities, or individual pieces cannot be guaranteed.
  
• Please do not submit a detailed shopping list or request exact products.
  
• We may choose something outside your stated preferences if we discover a piece we believe is too special to pass up.
  
• The number and physical size of pieces will vary from box to box.
  
• Quality over quantity, always.
  
• A smaller exceptional piece may be more valuable or collectible than several larger, more common pieces.
  
• Higher-value boxes may contain fewer, substantially better pieces.
  
• Products shown in photos, videos, Lives, Stories, Reels, or promotional content are examples only unless specifically stated otherwise.
  
• Preference changes may not be possible once curation or sourcing for your order has begun.

Mystery Boxes are curated according to the tier or value purchased. The number, size, type, and combination of items included may vary depending on availability and the professional judgment of your Crystal Curator.

We may select exceptional pieces outside your stated preferences when we believe they offer better quality, value, collectibility, beauty, or overall suitability for your box.

Natural crystals and minerals may contain inclusions, pits, fractures, irregularities, variations in colour, and unique formations. These are natural characteristics and are not necessarily considered defects or damage.

Submitting preferences does not convert your Mystery Box into a custom order and does not guarantee that individual requests will be fulfilled.

All Mystery Box purchases remain subject to the applicable Mystery Box Terms, Final Sale Policy, shipping terms, and customs/import conditions where applicable.
