CANADA POST COVERAGE
Parcels are shipped with up to 100$ insurance cap due to shipment loss/theft AND Damage.
Higher insurance add on may be applied for an additional cost. The cost is 2.25 plus applicable taxes per 100$
Customers must request a higher limit amount with cost applied/added to shipping cost. Please note- Canada Post will cap insurance pay out at 500$ .

Claim payouts are made by Canada Post. Once a decision is made by Canada Post, we will inform you of the result and provide any applicable value payment. Canada Post may contact you. Payment may be made by refund to original purchase account or certified cheque.

We will require a police report on any package theft/loss over 100$. We may request a police report for values under 100$.
